"ID cannot be used"

So after a few days of trying to reactivate my account, I was able to get some help from the support staff, but now, with my email and everything reset, I get the following problem...

What the hell does this mean??? Since I'm using an email that is not currently in use, how is this a problem I am having...?

    Guess continue resolving the issue with customer support. They save all e-mails used, probably for historical reasons, so if one was used at some point - you can't back to it, even if it was on your account.
