i earned 2 items from the LUCK event in game, i sadly didn't take a screen shot of them OR took in consideration of there name, but it had cyan gas around it. i was hyped that i got these items, and so i switched my account to lann so i join my guild to transfer the items. then when i switched back to my account that had the items, it wasent there. please help
