Looks like they moved in the avatar shop.
You could do this very easily before and get good lightings, but that was patched.
There should still be a way of replicating it by using emotes.
It is very easy to do with Vella right now iirc.
Actually it could also be an edited photo or they might have used Ambient Occlusion (But yes they definitely also moved their chars around in the avatar shop)
I can't seem to pull off this lighting trick. ^ I spammed actions, poses, avatar to outfitter to dye, hair, and inner. Nothing is working; perhaps it's patched too?

On the other hand, ReShade could also be at work here.
It doesn't work with every action I should mention. Evie's Action #2 works better than #4.
