Unable to learn Cross Gun Mastery

Hello,

I am playing Kai on the NA server. I started one week ago and am now level 95. Along the way, I never bothered learning Cross Gun Mastery. Now I wish to learn the skill, but it says "Story: Skill: Cross Gun Mastery" is required.

I've spoken with Marrec, and I've used up his options, but nothing is offered. Can somebody help?

Also, I've looked through my Story window and there is nothing regarding the skill.

I've already tried this; Marrec doesn't give me the skill. Any other suggestions?

+yes ... you need to have that skill first https://vindictus.gamepedia.com/Bolt_Revolver check if you maxed it , also i have read somewhere that cross gun is buged for character who jump the level , for example from 1 to 70 with some event or something like that , if its the case you should conntact with support
