Dianann story quest bug

So I came to the weird bug which appears to be annoying, and is completely now blocking me to continue main Season 3 quest line. Apparently while I was in a tutorial thing with Dianann, my game crashed. After restarting and logging back on, I was about to finish the quest there (Do you want to try Compositing?) but now, those 'replica' items are gone from my inventory and I cannot complete the quest without them.

Any help would be appreciated and I'll be grateful if I get this fixed soon! Because of this bug I cannot progress main story for as long as it's not dealt with! :'(

    Soapie, how did you resolve this issue? I am having the same one, but it was because I clicked the "Skip Tutorial" button.

    Bumping this instead of creating a new thread.
    having the same the issue with my main, i cant proceed into season 3 because the replicas are gone. how did you solve the issue? (im aware getting an answer from OP is far fetched at this point)
    any official help is apreciated.
