AP Dyes - Tradeable within account
Just wanted to make a suggestion to change the tradability of the AP Dyes, both Clodagh's and Avatar, from untradeable to tradeable between characters on the same account.
Example: I use the R140 G36 B35 on my Evie, but I get said dye on my Hurk instead of the dye I want for him. Currently I might as well just throw that dye away since I have no use for it on my Hurk, but with this change i'd be able to trade it on my Evie and waste less AP.
