For Pestis, tap rapidly on the Grab key when being crushed in his manly hands
For Lorgrach's charge, while he is charging his hammer, do a lot of dps, also holds do not work on him at that move.

For Pestis make sure your MASHING that E button even before he grabbed you. I had trouble getting that title until I started doing it while he was winding up his arm.
For Lorgrach if your an Evie have 3 cast saves ready or for any other character save your SP moves (other than holds) while he is charging his hammer.
I usually do a holding sp ult just as the blue light lighting appears on party, usually this move would really charge up his bar and using a holding skill would stop that. The rest is just have enough DPS to take him down.
The title for stopping the charge has been put into the vanguard title box, so if you want that, getting it from there is probably much easier.
Not even sure if we can get the title from the actual battle anymore, or if Lograch even does that attack and if it can even be stopped. Anyone tested this after the level 90 battle nerf patches?

Yup, at least the extended tornado that's preceded by a cinematic angle. He only does the attack if all 4 party members get marked.
As long as someone in party can consistently avoid being marked, you should get the title for avoiding the enraged attack too.

Does this mean without being electrocuted once during the last phase of the fight?
