does char height affect carry weight?

I played vindictus back when it first launched, back when there were only 3 chars to pick from, evie, lann, and fiona. I know about height affecting attack speed but I can't quite remember if height also affected carry weight that affected your ability to efficiently equip some armors and such. If anyone knows, plz let me know. thx.
