"Awakening" Quest not appearing in Hoarforst

The quest I need to advance through Hoarfrost on my level 20 is stuck because I have to a quest called "awakening" and it's not on the map. Even when I right click the quest name, it tells me error it does not exist. The story hints tell me to talk to Nyle to get the quest but he doesn't tell me anything. I haven't played in a few months but I've gotten to level 85 before and I've never even heard of this quest. Can anyone help please? What's going on?
