Hello

I don't know why 2x coupon +1star from event dodn't work. I try use this to Innocent Tear and new Dullahan Phantom Sagers (clear) and 2 times i have message (...) quality hasn't changed. I don't know why this isn't work? Coupons are missed out. Can You answear me why this isn't work and why missed out?

    Recent event, gives random +0* to +4*, yes high chance to get is +0*, I tried 2x coupons, still get +0* nothing

    Like anthony wrote already , those event coupons could give star more or not they were just random
