Are the Gacha sets from exchange shop tradable?

If I remember right from previous events, they aren't, but I just want to double check. For example: the Sakura Blossom set from the Death Cube exchange shop. Just wondering if it comes Airtight or if it's immediately bound to a character that exchanges it.

    No, they aren't when you buy them from the shop on the character but the Death Cube Pieces are tradable within account.
