They better do Balor Justice. That's the King of Fomors they messing with so he needs to have one eye and that eye needs to be his ult at least before I accept ANY type of development as acceptable in my book involving that boss.
The owner of that amount of gold looks like a giant fish?
Looks like it. It might just be a background object considering the gold pile is deep down the fortress surrounded by a glass blocking the water (look at the other pic of the gold pile - you can see water through the window as well.

Inb4 "Use chain hooks to climb a moving platform and throw spirit bombs at his eye to blind him!"
To be fair you had to do dungeons before actually getting a chance to fight Neamhain. This one is going away from recycling the pre-requisite dungeons by the looks of things. Since the location is located past Aiden's Forest (Aodhan as NA spelled it). You probably have to venture there (If DevCAT gets creative......but I'm not holding my breath even though the boss itself makes me excited).
In Irish mythology, Balor (modern spelling: Balar) was king of named Fomorians, a group of supernatural beings. He is often described as a giant with a large eye in his forehead that wreaks destruction when opened. He has been interpreted as a god or personification of drought and blight.
It is suggested that Balor comes from Common Celtic *Baleros, meaning "the deadly one", cognate with Old Irish at-baill (dies) and Welsh ball (death, plague).[1]
He is also referred to as Balor Béimnech (Balor the smiter), Balor Balcbéimnech (Balor the strong smiter) and Balor Birugderc (Balor of the piercing eye).[1] The latter has led to the English name Balor of the Evil Eye.

Can't wait to see more of it
Yeah and he was killed by Lugh. Oh wait... What devs have done with Lugh? We are dooooomed!
Interesting that Warframe also tosses some of this mythology in. There's a massive destruction engine called the Balor Fomorian that one of the factions controls.

Maybe ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ or maybe devs should ask Robert Zemeckis how "twist in time"
