Can we remove this somehow
I've adblocked it 22 times

Enough is enough people actually WANT to use the forums or even check the updates on the main page...

    Use a good blocker, create a rule for it, it's gone 5evah.

    Edit: or nah. This thing is nefarious, hah. I wasn't going to buy NX anyway, but this looking like it's from a shady online casino mess sure af put me off if it if the thought had even crossed my mind.

    Okay, so I had to do three things:
    A rule for the gif
    A rule for the png that sits on top of it and disappears: http://nxcache.nexon.net/library/nxbonus/img/btn-nxbonus-hover.png
    Block all large media elements

    That should take care of it. Congrats, Nexon, at least NCSoft keeps their annoying pop ups in game, and they took those out due to player requests. Whoever runs your media campaign has zero tact and apparently next to no knowledge of what creates an attractive offer for buyers. That was about the slimiest, gaudiest set of pop ups I've ever seen on a gaming site. So unprofessionally presented.

    Huh, all I had to do was refresh the page and it shrunk to a tiny box in the corner.

    @Puppyman that wasn't working for me. I had to refresh the page to get that to disappear, I guess because the page was up with the pop up was first added so it caused some kind of glitch.

    I have a lot of scripts disabled on this site, so luckily i don't see it.

    It's complete assss on mobile. It's okay on my phone that has good built-in blocking, but on the other using Chrome I literally could not see half of my text box when I was posting and it can't be closed out.

    Again, whoever put this together needs to learn some basic design principles and the difference between attention-grabbing and frustration inducing. I'm already not spending on this title for other reasons, but I can guarantee you there's no chance of me ever spending on a sale that's handled this way. As I said, take a clue from NCSoft and think about your players, you'll get much better results.

    I agree completely. I couldn't even see the stupid continue to main page on mobile.
