"ID Authentication Failed"

Two days ago, I was in the middle of a dungeon and my game kicked me out to the main menu with an "ID Authentication Failed" error. When I tried to log in I got an error that read "We're sorry! This user ID's login access has been restricted in accordance with our policies. Please submit a Customer Service ticket on the website." Which generally means they banned your account because you were running bots/hacks. I do neither.

Then, the next day, the message became "Seen harassing players while GM'ing" which is a bizarre message I have never heard of. I've contacted support and they have no idea what's going on either. They said they were going to look into it but I have heard nothing from them since then.

What in the world is going on?

    same here, just a hours ago i logged in to the game and do some battle.
    but, in the middle of battle suddenly disconnected and get me into the start menu screen.
    then it happens, like as you do.

    i dont even know what's wrong with my account. never been like this before.
