I'm an alt-alcoholic with a somewhat Geared Evie lvl 95 and I farmed titles on her.

Now I'm playing Miri and I notice that the ID titles seems to have changed quite a bit.

Do I receive 100% stats from the titles instead of the old 80% ?

Does that mean I don't have to farm titles at all ??? (Thanks god that would mean the Equipment titles would be done for all my characters)
