For a game that's supposed to be free to play, the system that's in place isn't exactly "free to play".
One of the main selling points of this game is the cosmetics, and how each character within the game can look different from someone else. I give all props to Vindictus for accomplishing something that a lot of other MMOs have been unable to do. But, that seems to be where the magic dies.
You guys have implemented the premium armor fusion runes, for example, to allow people to still fuse items that can no longer be unbound, or without eating up the bind count. Great job. But what about all of the other items we have - outfitters for example?
Your gacha system already has a low rate of distributing the rare items from the box (and I've heard from somewhere that you guys even want to take away the coupons that allowed us to buy the item from the exchange shop when the gacha box was just extremely unlucky, but we're not going to go there today considering you have to spend over $300 for that) and to top it off, we can't trade these outfitters between characters. Why is that? I spent my hard-earned money on a FREE TO PLAY game to get this item, and it's character bound. You've made a shared storage, so let the shared storage be something I can put ALL of my NX items into. This includes outfitters, hairs, inner and hair coupons (even the ones we used to fish for), every type of enchant rune, etc. I also find it extremely unfair that VIPs I've gotten for free from past events, are character bound, and can only be accessible on a character that I've decided I don't want to play anymore.
There are plenty of other items that should be included in this shared storage/account-wide trading, like old Alienware capsules to name one. The point is, if this is supposed to be a free-to-play game - then make the cash items that I do get worth my while.
If that suggestion doesn't work, I know quite a few people (including myself) who wouldn't mind buying something similar to these Airtight unbind potions, except allowing it to add a "bind" of sorts to my outfitter/item and being able to send it to a character on my account of choice. While I don't particularly like this idea because the game should be promoting free things, it is still another suggestion.
