Tera has an option to search for a Casual, PvP or Hardcore PvE guild; got me thinking it would be nice to have a button when you create a group.
LFCG - Looking for Casual Group. LFHG Looking or HardCore Group. I know I've seen posts by New and Casual players who have trouble breaking into Endgame. This would give them, (and me soon enough) a clear flag. This is a group I can run with, without fear of being Dissed or Tossed because their build or Gear is not 100% Meta.
