I am trying to complete the Large shield mastery mission but i cant find what i need to do. I looked it up and it said talk to Marrec but he has no available story missions. i am a level 56 Fiona so why cant i find anything? please help.

    You likely need to raise your Shield Mastery to Rank A.
    The RISE update screwed things up because they raised the level requirement to 60.
