Now I was leveling Sylas, and I received (as you can probably guess) a Whispering Fairytale book via a drop. When it wasn't in my inventory, I saw it was in my mailbox. The message said that the book wasn't sent to my inventory because my "Storage Chest is full", my storage was, and still is only half full. I received an error whenever I tried to accept the item (failed to received restricted item). after much frustration I bought it from the marketplace, which gave me the item in my inventory, which i equipped. However, I got another message from the marketplace this time saying the same thing as before, this book could also not be received. Currently I have 5 of the same message in my mailbox, and the game believes I should not have this item. There is also a previous discussion on this, in July with no response from anyone on how to correct this issue, which apparently this bug happens only to Sylas. I'm not gonna lie that this is written in extreme frustration over a stupid, minor thing, but it bothers me, and I REALLY WANT THIS FIXED.
