How to complete equipment quests

So I am level 26 and me and my friend just found out about "show hidden quests" tab and started doing all the quests we missed. We can't figure out how to do some of these equipment ones though. For instance, the exquisite scarlet witch quest. It just says to craft it, but how do I do that? The wiki is useless as the girl doesn't even have it in the crafting section or the story section. Ceara just says to "use the craft button to find out what Clodagh needs, okay" I know I am missing something but I don't know what.
