I just now realized you can learn a talent. And well I want to learn tailoring. How would I go about starting to learn it?

    Tailoring would be talking to Nel in the Royal army base, but I think you have to be a certain level to unlock talent. It used to be level 22 before the rise update... Now, i'm not so sure what level you have to be.
