Enlistment +8 Coupon Binds

Hey guys, made a new account and found that they have all these fancy enlistment bonuses for logging in everyday. At the end of the bonuses is a +8 coupon. It says that it binds, but a regular +8 didnt bind before. Does anyone know the bind level for the +8 coupon? Also, does it use up all the unbind counts on an item?

    Bind level depends on the item, it's the same bind level as a +9/10 item. It doesn't affect unbind counts.

    I used it on a 90 Scythe and it had an unbind count of 3, 5 Unbinds are needed to make it tradeable.

    Its so unfair that older accounts dont get the enlistment bonus :(

    Used it on 80 weapon and it was bind level 3
