My NX reset. All of the NX I had was deleted?

I had 1100NX Credit and 1300 NX Credit.

This wasnt exactly a lot, but still it could have added on to anything I would buy myself.
Where did my NX go?

    NX disappears from your account if you don't spend or add any for 2 years. The time limit could've been 1 year instead, I can't remember clearly right now.

    You get an email notification about it too...

    I got an email about it a long time ago and bought something but I didnt get any emails about it this time.
