does it reset in 7 or 14 hrs? coz its 3am in game and it says reset daily @ 10am but the refresh timer says 14hrs?

    I'm pretty sure its the same as raid reset time so 9am PST. not sure what the 10am refers to maybe pdt? also in game clock is still UTC time i believe so that's not a good indicator for NA server.
