Maybe somewhere into this forum is the answer given but i dont find it ^^
3x Miri Coupons: Gift for Miri box, containing a Miri-Exclusive title, AP 1000 Capsule and a coupon to set an item's Enhancement level to +10 (max one per account)

Okay i can open the Gift Box ONLY with Miri, but whats with the Enhancement Coupon, its sendable to a char on the same account or ONLY for Miri?

    Nobody will know for sure until week 3 until the box is opened. However, historically that coupon is bound and I expect it to be bound.
