Extra character has appeared

After the server merge, I logged into my account and found an extra Lann with a username with just a series of numbers. I have always played in the East server so I'm assuming this must have somehow been created in the west server but I have never made this character. Could someone please check on this and let me know?

    Character was created on 8/11/2011 and was subjected to the name purge, as you never logged into the server it was on in a long time.
