silly question about guilds

I don't know why I thought of this, but are there any guilds (on east/west/Aus) that accept members based on how "hot" their character is? Sorry for the silly question, but I'm kinda thinking this might actually be a thing ><;;;

    Yes but they usually don't actively recruit. You kinda just happen come across them. Most if not all of the "Hot" characters have to start from somewhere.
