Quick key question

My quick keys have decided to launch from the bottom of the screen instead of the top. How do I get them back to the top where, for me anyway, it's much easier to read.

    The hot bar can be adjusted to where you can drag and drop to the position you like, unless you have the UI settings locked.

    There is a random chance where the UI will reset without provocation, where all positions of HP/stamina bars, SP bar, Hotbar, Chat, Party list, and Buff/Debuffs reset to their original positions. To prevent this, you can lock the battle UI setting after positioning to where you want each entity of the UI.
