Chuckling Halloween Pumpkin Outfit and coins

How do we obtain Chuckling Halloween Pumpkin Outfit? I have been running dungeon for an hour. I have yet to see Halloween Coins or Chuckling Halloween Pumpkin outfit drop. Am I suppose to exchange for them somewhere?

    keep running. u get the coins and outfit from the battle ur supposed to do. after u get the outfit take them to the strange traveler for some extra garbage thats worth less than the outfit itself.

    Yeah I haven't seen one Coins or Outfit drop either. Been at it for over an hour now.

    I did 3 x"A town engulfed" and every battle had the halloween miniboss.You have to check the map from strange traveler to see where they appear

    UPDATE ON THIS: After reset. They are dropping like (Tripper Anties) on billionaire night.

    ^ im pretty sure he replied to his thread saying it started working after the daily reset. same with me, didnt receive anything except the tricking item. only got the outfit etc after the reset. they said the drop restrictions reset at 10am pdt. they didnt say anything about how we can only get them after the rest when update was done before the daily reset, especially considering the miniboss was out before the daily reset. but i mean, nobody reads the thread right?

    So is this a full outfit that can drop once a day? Is it a piece of it that can drop once per day?

    Or do they mean it's just the pumpkin heads we've had before?
