You can't get Madness anymore?

Forgive me for being a bit slow on the uptake here. Haven't been paying any attention to crafting/drop tables at all since Ryze got reworked again
But they got rid of Madness from crafting????////
What am I supposed to fuse my spears to now?
Madness was the pinnacle of design for spears. Everything since has been a huge downhill spiral.
90/95 spears are hideous or horribly short range
80 spears are almost as horrible. Except for Heremon/Noblesse kinda, they're trying at least
Now all that's left are BTTS and Bloodletters, and Ivories I guess if you're a 2011 Raidhunter fanboy. They even got rid of the second best looking spears with Chiulins.
At least I made a pair of Chiulins a while back so I could show off that -9 base speed, but no more Madness is actually genuinely upsetting.
One might even say it's maddening

Oh I forgot about expertise. I never used it so that never occurred to me. I just looked at crafting and got depressed
