How 2 re-arrange characters on select screen?

Is it possible to re-arrange the placement where your characters sit or stand on the character selection screen? How do you switch their places around?

    if you click on the selected character, an arrow pointed up and down should show up on the bottom right corner that you can click to change the position of your character.
