How to activate Goddess' Guidance?

Not worded very well (obviously, all they do is google translate it to english and post it onto the website -.-) therefore it isnt clear how it works. Something about it working for the first time doing a story mode s3 battle? and for the first 10 completions of each raid? what?

    What exactly you dont understand? You get the buff if you doing some s3 raid for the firsts 10 times i think. After you complete raid 10 times , the buff is gone.

    On 9th regina run you get the buff.After the 10th the buff disappears.

    Now apply this to every s3 raid
