question about player held Halloween Event

I am interested in participating in the player run costume contest at the Halloween Event. However, I am on West server. Before I drop a fair amount of gold to make the costume, I would like to know, how exactly would a West player participate? Do we send someone pics of our costume before the event? If yes, to whom? Thanks!!!

    I will make a Halloween Costume Contest thread a week before the party so players from all NA servers can enter their submissions (Read the rules before submitting your costume creations). I hope that answers your question. For future reference, any questions related to the party should be posted here.

    Fyi, I'm the player hosting the event in case you didn't know already. :)
