Tips to clear all guild missions fastest:
- Start with Royal Army Raids. RAR clears count as raid battles and may be faster than raids if the queue stays full.
- Complete any remaining raid battles to get 10 clears.
- If the daily mission includes "Complete 1 mission with a Merc" then choose [Border Patrol] Colhen Night Patrol Mission.
- Choose two Today's battles based on two criteria:
1) Is there any remaining daily missions needed? For example "Defeat (x) monsters"?
2) Consider choosing any today battles that have multiple bosses.
- Finally finish the "Defeat Boss Monsters" challenge by running Cadet Challenge (x) times.

Also, someone mentioned that all regions get same daily, so it's possible to preview the next day's daily from KR and alike.
Yes each spider bro counts as a boss. I verified it yesterday. Although during the bingo event you only got one ticket from running the map.
also for sp skills :
delia's full moon works well too, no cooldown and only 75 sp cost
shield dash activated by pressing kick doesn't count.

And finally in my previous post I had started tracking the daily missions looking for a repeatable schedule/pattern but it looks like they are generated randomly.
The May 23, 2018 update had an undocumented change that directly affected daily/temporal missions.
Gold coins no longer count as items. Therefore maps like "Hoarfrost Hollow", "Another Slingshot", or "Nightmare at the Ruins" lose their appeal for daily missions.Any daily mission with "Obtain items 10/20 times" becomes a pain.Therefore for any mission containing "Obtain x items" I now suggest bringing mines and choosing maps with a high amount of ore deposits. "White Tyrant's Challenge" or "Prepare for the Counterattack" are possibilities depending on what the other daily missions are.

Evie (Staff) should be fastest now with the recent buff.
Eira is much faster in Nightmare at the Ruins, get lots of SP with TabTabRR, use your the cheap bunch of SP skills, loading the next room resets SP cooldown, use more SP skills.
Lakoria or Cromm should be mentioned after Weeping Queen depending on which infusion stone mat you need more of.
The Evil One could be replaced with Nightmare at the Ruins because the mobs are grouped and not spread out.
For Miri, it's Scorching Streak not Sweep. Also during Garb, Scorching Streak CD is always 0 so you can spam that for 20 skill really quickly.
For Sword Lann, it's Raging Fever, Berserker Spirit not Fanning Slash.
For Sword Fiona, you LLLLRR for lots of SP in Nightmare at the Ruins, then Rotate Shield Dash --> Shield Bash --> Shield Dash --> Focal Point. Or wait a bit and only use Shield Dash if you don't have Cat Statue.
For Crossgun, add Hunting Party and Enhanced Bolt.
For Glaive, Trans in Nightmare at the Ruins, stand in a group of spiders and use the standing dodge for high SP gain. Jade Fox and spam 0 CD cheap Iron Flag
For Blute, Soaring Ballet costs less SP than Flora Break most of the time (both 0 cd)
For Sylas, add Illusion Shield, Soul Drain, Impulse Zone.
Delia isn't on the chart. Use Cosmic Blitz when available. Full Moon (and hold R right away for extra swings that give lots of SP).
- Updated the weekly mission to reflect the recent change to the 30 raid mission. Originally it was any 30 raids to get a gob stone. Now it's 30 level 90 raids to get 2 damascus steels.
- Added back Delia (Bastard Sword) and Evie (Scythe) which were accidentally removed from the last update
- Fixed or added character SP suggestions based on Yagamin's feedback. Each weapon is limited to the two best options (where available) based on the combination of SP usage and cool down.

Weekly Mission Change
Changed some weekly mission rewards.
Changed Use Path Transformation 20 Times mission's reward from Element Stone x1 to Intermediate Element Stone x1.
Changed Purchase 9 Secret Boxes mission's reward from Blessed Magic Elixir x5 to Element Stone Catalyst x5.
Changed Complete Ben Chenner, Lochlann, or Berbhe raids 30 times mission to Complete Donegal, Jardin, or Aidan raids 20 times.
