When is the next AP capsule sale?

It's really hard for new characters to get AP, I need 80k on a character and there's no way I'm farming that amount with the time for this game. There are a bunch of sale depots, so any feedback staff or general admin looking here can suggest to the next sales for AP caps? I'm talking about 10k ones, not the 1k aps for 4 dollars

    market is still filled with 5k/10k capsules from the regina box giveaway;why not buy those
