We can put rank 6 scroll on lv80 items but not 90

Why tho? Will they ever change it so we can put rank 6 scroll on lv 90 items too?

    Nah because they want you to upgrade and buy more runes so Lv 90 +15 have to be crit nerfed compared to lv 95 ;-) (Course it doesn't matter much seeing as a +15 lv 90 is still >> +14 lv 95.)

    (LV 80 have already been nerfed by AD, so +15 lv 80 ~+12-13 lv 90 :-(

    90 and 95 lv items have upgrade restrictions on the main material.
