What is the usual routine after the Rise update?

Hey everyone,

I'm one of the returning players from the ancient days of Vindictus. In the olden days, the usual routine we had was to farm Season 1-2 raids for the daily seal count and the hero mode dungeons for rare scrolls. The seals were easy to farm and gold was reasonably decent to make.

So...with the Rise (Fall of Vindictus?) update, what are we suppose to do now? What is the new routine of daily things to do? I've heard hard and hero modes were removed from old dungeons. Daily raid seal no longer exist too? How is everyone making gold nowaday? (Not through outside 3rd party sources I hope).

Thanks for your time reading and answering my questions.

S3 for gold (from battle) and scrolls
then s2 for Spirit Magic Powders
then s1 for Catalysts ( Red Archer, Blood Prince)

or instead of s1+s2 just do Donegal as much as you like.

See if there is a Dullanhan raid or that area missions are up, if not AFK dance in Colhen.

    • All S3 raids except Braha because I don't hate myself (Scrolls/Dulla essences)
    • 2 Royal Army Raids (Mysterious Shards)
    • 2 Specials

That's pretty much what I do every day. With a decently geared party all of the above can be completed in around 2-3 hours or so. If I'm not burnt out by then I'll run some Donegal runs or stomp S2 for enthusiastic/passion scrolls.

wasn't rise suppose to make player base be more active? It feels like (sorry to say this since it always been repeated) dead. Less boats are made, lv 90+ players are not even joining low level boats ( I did before pre-rise, like Shady forest and other raids to help the new guys out). Can we get a Q&A with the Director ? Or have an explanation of the changes in combat improved and made more enjoyable? We stayed cause the Monster Hunter raids and the dark souls difficulty, but everything feels so downgraded.

It's the reason people didn't want RISE

We'll just have to wait and see where they take the game from here on to see if it was worth it or not.

It's more like regular raid got cut to 4 man, people choose to make premades instead.

Nobody wants to have free gears players on their boats, knowing nothing about the raid and refuse to learn boss mechanics.

Before rise, these players would've quitted the game in s1, now they're plaguing s3 contents.

this is clearly false;according to the forums ,new players find this game too easy and quit it before reaching the lv90 reward box
