Level 90 gear path question

Sorry if it is answered somewhere, but I just dinged 90 and got the welfare set but want to know what I should be doing to get better gear or upgrading what I have? I am Delia and have a pro armorsmithing if that matters. Pretty clueless as I have not really enhanced or enchanted much to this point.

    The difference between the "welfare set" and an upgraded 90 set is not worth the gold. 95 is a big upgrade over 90 so hustle to level 95.

    Gotcha, the 95 set is from a raid or ??? Also what should I be farming instance wise for stuff.
