Missing Lotus Set

The lotus set isn't in the outfitter shop. So I thought since it was a package, I looked in the depot as well. It ain't there either. Did they forget the set or am I completely blind?

    I see it on sale once I logged in one of my chars. It's on the depot not on the avatar shop.
