Vanity Revival

Throughout the life span of this game, there's been several vanity items that have been added but have become severely rare if not impossible to find (i.e. black phoenix wings, only seen one pair in person and I've played for 2-3 years now). There are other items that should be brought back so newer players actually have a chance at getting them since some of them are beyond rare and practically nonexistent or weren't really given a chance to be shared throughout the community (like normal butterfly wings, they were random as hell and like 5 people got them on West, hardly ever seen).

Event wise, perhaps people could raid for coupons and purchase the vanity items with coupons they get from the raids in a way that resembles the old Enchant Scroll Shops we had.
