I'm noob what should I do

So I hit lvl 90 and they gave me all this free lvl 90 gear...

I'm totally new to the whole new crafting thing with shards and whatnot, but should I... try to get new Dullahan gear w/e that is.. or upgrade my current lvl 90 gear with the orange font stuff over the purple font stuff...

The 90 gear gift is alright, but it will be tissue paper to Dullahan. I don't believe the purple gift gear can be upgraded, also it will require too many material to exchange. It is cheaper to buy or craft new OJ gear. The 95 gear is the best so far, make it your goal for now. Good luck hunting

95 gear cannot be bought with seals.
90 gear can be bought.

Hmmm..

So is it still the same old formula of low drop rates? xd (and attack requirement boats QQ)

Drop rates are bugged i think, the rate of common drops are like 95%, purple equipment and shards/chunks are like 4% and 1% OJ
