Scattered Orders * Figured it out!

I think this quest was supposed to be pulled with the update. But I can't complete Kirstie's quest "Fate of Kirstie's Nemesis" without completing "Scattered Orders" but there is no battle information for it. So I'm unable to progress

    Okay, update. So I know Scattered Orders is still there but you talk to Gwynn.
