Hi,
On the old forums we had a section which shown the players feedback from the bug reporting. there was a section in on the forum which it had bug reports / more info required / investigating / solved. these areas gave the player great feedback in what you are investigating also if you cant replicate the bug, you could ask the player to record or screenshot the bug so you can show nexon to help with the issue.
