Indeed. He forgot to mention it's a 5% chance of getting 10 different items, not just the outfitters. On average it will take 20 boxes to see one of the rare items, and then there's only a 10% chance it will be what you're wanting. The chances of getting what you want from any box are 0.5%. 200 boxes on average to guarantee any specific item out of those boxes.
Think about how painful enhancing can be with with 50 and 40% chances. It's fine to throw your money at this if you like, but you're fooling yourself if you think even dropping $90 on a pack of 50 boxes is going to remotely guarantee you the specific item that you're wanting. If Nexon thought that were sufficient they'd simply make the items direct purchase for $90 and call it a day, but they know that the odds favor players having to spend closer to that $360 to get all of what they want, and that's if they aren't an outlier. Also if the wording is correct, it's one coupon per box, which means 250 boxes to get enough coupons for additional items.
Spend freely, just know that you won't be coming out ahead in most cases.
