Looking for a military / dictator outfitter

A few months ago, someone showed a military / dictator outfit released in the eastern regions of this game. I'm trying to find pictures of it but can't seem to find it anymore. Does anyone here have a link to that outfit? If so please post it.

I think that's the one, it wasn't dyed black like that ... it was beige in the original outfitter color scheme. Also has a beret head piece gear. Do you know what the outfitter is called so i can google the original picture of it? Where did you find those pictures?

Those are some interesting outfits, but if you truly want to have the best and BE the best then I suggest nexon bringing in a whale outfitter.
