why is season 2 so buggy :x (desert passage)

so now my game is crashing when im on desert passage, loading into the 2nd area XD

i've tried loading from the board, from qb and storyy progression mode and all 3 times crashed. is it something dumb where i actually have to be in malina

    update: it works going through malina, of course LOL
