Shining Keaghan's rediculous requirements& 95Raids

Okay so i have a problem with this

I have enough battle power to join this raid
But how the heck am i supposed to get my Tech level up to that
I have 90Balance and an Orange weapon +11 which puts me at 186 Tech/195 required the only thing i can get is more crit as having over 90 balance doesn't add to it

However
How am i supposed to get that much crit when Twinkling and Chance have been removed from the game...
does this mean I'll be unable to join 95 raids as well thus being stuck forever or...?

    Twinkling and Chance were removed from the drop table. Immoral has more crit than Twinkling, though.

    Things you can do to raise your crit include:
    1. Make sure Critical Hit Mastery is maxed
    2. Use Immoral Spirited as your enchants (other options include Decisive and Divine Punishment)
    3. Use Material Synthesis to max out the crit on your weapon's shards (most people are missing about 3-5 crit from this)
    4. Complete achievements in Ein Lacher (upwards of 3 crit)
    5. Infuse an Innocent earring and/or Blue Kitty Brooch since the rates are higher to get crit here compared to other accessories
    6. Raise your Wil to 2000 (you get one crit for roughly every 133 Wil; the final breakpoints for the extra crit are at 1600, 1734, 1867, and 2000 Wil)
    7. Make sure Master or Stigma are on your chestplate
    8. Complete the Neamhain achievements

    Yep it stinks.

    Personally I wouldn't bother doing much to your weapon since lv 95 is coming next week.

    But at least you can get around it if you don't use QB... That said it will stink filling the boat :-(

    This raid is next to pointless. You earn more money doing all S2 former raids or even Deep Corruption than this.

    Believe it or not, some folks don't actually run raids just to earn money ;-) Honestly this "special" raids are the second hardest challenge in this game right now. (Personally I don't find them that fun, but soloing this is more difficult than any S3 raid.)

    95 lv content brings some extra crit to the table. Eochaid earrings + infusion should be decent boost too.
