Story progression error

I'm stuck in the middle of Season 2's story. I'm unable to do the story, "A Fallen Nation" b/c I don't have the 'Relic Box' item required to start the story. I've already completed the battle "Desert Passage" and talked with the Grim Reaper NPC, however, I didn't receive the 'Relic Box' item as I was suppose to. Please help me solve this dilemma so I can continue to enjoy playing the game.

    I submitted a request to Nexon from the Vindictus Support Center explaining to them what my problem was and they mailed me the story item that I needed in-game which helped me solved the issue.
