S2 Quest Descriptions not showing

It was brought to my attention that S2 Quest Descriptions were not showing on characters that had already beaten the story before RISE was implemented. I looked into this as well myself and the issue is there. This is a glitch. The issue never happened on the KR server or even Test for that matter. @Eghess
