Friendlist does not work and Hard-crash to desktop

So far, this had happened 5 times on 3 different computers over the course of 2 days for me. I launched vindictus through steam. Play it for a while and at any given time, it could freeze, then crash to desktop without warning. It is incredibly annoying. Like when I left my PC just to go get lunch, and went back - game crash. Or crashed while helping a newbie whose name I didn't copy - now I don't know where to find them... etc...

In addition, the friendlist is also not working for me on 3 different computers (again I launched the game through steam). Friends who are online does not show up. And sometimes, I can't even whisper to them.
